Payment Policy for all school dues.

All Tuition Fees are payable in Thai Baht Only.

All fees and Dues are non transferable.

Refund Policy

The admission fee is non refundable. The tuition fee is refundable under the following terms and conditions. Request of refund must be made in writing to the school administration.

  1. Within the First week of the academic year full tuition fee is refundable.

  2. Within the Second week of the academic year 80% of the tuition fee is refundable.

  3. Within the Third week of the academic year 60% of the tuition fee is refundable.

  4. Within the Fourth week of the academic year 40% of the tuition fee is refundable.

*No Fees or school Dues are refundable after the first four weeks of the academic year have past.

 

Tuition fee and other School Dues for New Students
who enroll after the new Semester has started.

  1. With in the first two months full amount of the tuition fee and school dues are charged.

  2. In the Third month 80% of the tuition fee and school dues are charged.

  3. After the Third month 50% of the tuition fee and school dues are charged.

 

Over due payments

  1. The school will charge a surcharge of 500 Thai Baht per day for school fees and dues paid after the due date.

  2. If the tuition fee and other school dues are not paid with in 10 days of the semester commencing, the student will be barred from attending classes. Such students will need to be re-enrolled should the parents wish for the student to continue at our school.

  3. Should a late tuition fee date be required by parents due to financial difficulties, the school will consider a late tuition fee payment schedule but the parents are required to inform the school administration in writing well in advance.
